Scanned PDF documents do not come apart like this unless they have been edited. Ask ANY graphic artist about this they will confirm that this is a forgery. We have over 30 years experience to back this. Also you do not need to be an expert to see that this document was heavily edited, then multiple new layers were added with new information.
