A preprint study of over 1.7 million children ages 5 to 15 in the English National Healthcare System (NHS) found that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine only kept kids and teens in England from getting the virus for about 14 to 15 weeks.
Researchers looking into the safety and effectiveness of Pfizer’s vaccine in kids and teens who had been fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, or not vaccinated at all found cases of myocarditis and pericarditis only in kids who had been vaccinated.
“This study makes it clear that Pfizer’s COVID vaccine doesn’t help kids and teens much, but it does raise their risk of myocarditis and pericarditis,” said Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer of Children’s Health Defense. “This makes me wonder why the CDC keeps telling kids to get these illegal shots. Where is the evidence they use to back up their claim that these vaccines are safer than harmful?
The study found that children who were vaccinated had a slightly lower need for emergency room visits and hospital stays. However, these events were very uncommon in all groups of children and teens.
There were no deaths from COVID-19 among the people in the study.
