Cancer Cure: Generic drug protocol is saving lives

We have been talking about these two drugs for 3 years now as something hopeful. Well so much has been researched, proven and most of all so many successful cases…. we want to talk louder now.

If I were to get cancer tomorrow the first thing I would do is go on a two week electrolyte water fast, no food, cutting sugars that cancer feeds on and immediately go on the Ivermectin and Fenbendazole protocol.

More and more doctors and cured cancer patients are excited about the Ivermectin and Fenbendazole protocol to beat cancer. These two cheap and generic drugs are proven safe and now are curing cancer according to patients and doctors that use it.

How to use it – dosing

CASE 1: 77 year old North Carolina man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to bones End of Nov. 2024 we started:

  • Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 888mg/day
  • CBD Oil 50mg/day

PET/CT done May 4, 2025 showed almost complete resolution of cancer. Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to lungs, bones, has almost complete resolution of cancer after 5 months.

Case 2 – 2025: 87 year old WA man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to bones & spine

  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day

PSA 385 to 1.2 – Metastatic disease shrinking on PET/CT after only 2 months.

Case 3 – 2025: 87 year old WA man with Stage 4 Prostate Cancer metastatic to bones & spine

Started in late March 2025:

  • Ivermectin 1mg/kg/day
  • Fenbendazole 1000mg/day

RESULTS after 2 months: PSA 2093 to 39

Cases shared by Dr William Makis (X/Twitter) in February 2025:

Case 01: 78 year old man with Prostate Cancer Gleason 9 post prostatectomy, halted recurrence with “your low dose protocol” “So there you have it. My PSA has stopped rising, still 1.2 and my annual scan and MRI in December were still clear after 3 months on the low dose protocol”.

Case 02: “Stage 4 Prostate fighter/survivor. On Iver and Fenben for 19 months. Cancer undetectable for past 12 months”.

Case 03: Brig Gen (Ret) USAF: “my prostate cancer was eradicated using IVM, Fenben and Doxy”.

Case 04: “I have more positive results to report!” “My husband got his PSA results back today. When he was diagnosed with prostate cancer his PSA was 5.8 now it is down to 4.1 after 32 days on Ivermectin and Fenbendazole”.

Case 05: “I was told by one local oncologist that I had 2 months to 2 years max” “This past summer moved to high dose Ivermectin and I feel a huge improvement. I take 48-60mg daily and that had the affect of depressing my PSA significantly. But again, the real measure is I feel so much better”.

Case 06: “Praise the Lord for Dr. Makis and his wisdom, kind compassionate heart and generosity!! Wonderful start to a Happy New Year!”.

“My husband has recently been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. We started: Daily IVM 96mg 3x/week fenben 888mg LDN Orgovyx PSA 538 (12/6/24) down to 290 (12/30/24).

“God Bless you and your beautiful family Dr.Makis!”.

Dr. William Makis MD: IVERMECTIN Tested against 28 types of Cancer – which cancers were most sensitive to Ivermectin? Which were least sensitive?

“Fenbendazole has at least 12 proven anti-cancer mechanisms in vitro and in vivo,” wrote cancer researcher.

What is Febendazole?

Febendazole, initially named Panacur, has been around since 1974.  It’s a medicine for pets and all types of animals.  It’s used to fight parasites in animals from dogs to seals.  Febendazole is noted to have no or minimal side-effects in animals.

How does Febendazole fight cancer?

Febendazole stopped cancer growth and its development.  Febendazole kept cancer from eating one of their favorite foods – sugar (glucose).  CANCER LOVES SUGAR.  There are other factors of Febendazole multi-role in killing cancer but in my humble opinion, taking away cancer’s food source is the main reason.

Are there any revealing studies on Febendazole to fight cancer?

Here are a couple studies that demonstrate GREAT HOPE to those poor souls afflicted with cancer(s) who have only conventional medicine (Chemo Therapy, Radiation Therapy, Surgery,…) to remedy their sickly cancer(s):

Joe Tippins Incredible Story

“So why are there no Fenbendazole clinical trials for cancer? The answer seems rather obvious: it’s very cheap, it’s safe, and it seems to be very effective. Fenbendazole is not going to make anyone rich, and in cancer treatments, that is a non-starter.”

As the number of cancer cases rises around the world, there is a greater need for new, effective, and helpful treatments. A new study that was reviewed by experts in the field has shown a revolutionary method that combines ivermectin, fenbendazole, and natural substances like CBD, Vitamin E, and curcumin. When used together, these factors show a lot of promise for improving cancer care.

The Study: A Synergistic Approach to Cancer Care

The research reveals the combined effects of ivermectin, fenbendazole, and complementary compounds in addressing cancer at multiple levels. While traditionally known as antiparasitic drugs, ivermectin and fenbendazole, when used together, showed potential to modulate cancer pathways and support the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

Key Findings from the Study

1. Immune System Modulation: The protocol enhanced the immune system’s ability to detect and target cancer cells.

2. Cellular Repair: The combination supported cellular repair processes, mitigating damage that contributes to cancer progression.

3. Anti-Cancer Activity: Together, ivermectin and fenbendazole appeared to limit cancer cell proliferation, enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment protocol.

These effects were further amplified by the addition of Vitamin E, curcumin, and CBD, which are known for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune-supporting properties. This synergy highlights the importance of combining multiple therapeutic elements to address the complexities of cancer biology.

Fenbendazole: More Than Just a Dewormer

Now let’s talk about Fenbendazole—a surprising player in cancer care. Used widely in veterinary medicine to treat parasites, it’s now under scientific review for its anti-cancer mechanisms:

  • Disrupts Microtubules: Cancer cells need stable structures to divide. Fenbendazole messes with those structures, stopping cancer in its tracks.
  • Triggers Apoptosis: Especially in cells with TP53 mutations, Fenbendazole may help reintroduce “programmed cell death”—something these cells often lose.
  • Starves Tumors: It lowers glucose uptake. Since cancer cells are energy hogs, this can slow or kill them.

Ivermectin: The Immune System’s Secret Weapon?

Ivermectin, another antiparasitic, has recently shown promise in immune-boosting and anti-cancer roles.

Here’s how:

  • Boosts Immune Cells: It helps your body’s killer T-cells infiltrate tumors more effectively.
  • Interrupts Cancer Pathways: Ivermectin targets pathways like Akt and NF-κB, which are often hyperactive in aggressive cancers.
  • Reverses Drug Resistance: Some cancers stop responding to chemo or targeted therapies. Ivermectin may help make those treatments work again.

This positions Ivermectin cancer therapy as a versatile tool—not just directly killing cancer cells but helping other treatments work better too.

The Power of Synergy: Mutation + Medication

Here’s where it gets exciting: these two drugs appear to interact synergistically with specific cancer mutations. That means the combination of Fenbendazole cancer treatment and Ivermectin cancer therapy might be more powerful than either one alone—especially when targeted toward the right genetic profile.

  • TP53 + Fenbendazole: Encourages self-destruction in cells that otherwise wouldn’t die.
  • Checkpoint Mutations + Ivermectin: Helps the immune system recognize and destroy cancer cells.
  • CDK4/CDKN2A + Fenbendazole/Ivermectin: Interrupts the abnormal growth cycle that defines cancer.
  • BRCA Mutations + Fenbendazole: Pushes cells with poor DNA repair into collapse.
  • KRAS/BRAF + Ivermectin: This may help overcome resistance to current drugs.

This isn’t just theory—it’s the future of targeted cancer mutation therapy.
