If you wanted to manipulate and control the world for profit, first you need to control the media, then the government and then own the companies that consumers rely on. Meet BlackRock and Vanguard
As of 2022, BlackRock, Inc – $9.5 trillion ($9,500,000,000,000) in assets under management (AUM), and second is Vanguard with more than $8 trillion ($8,000,000,000,000). Further BlackRock runs a massive technology platform that oversees at least $21.6 trillion in assets.
BlackRock and Vanguard Own the Media Companies
When it comes to The New York Times, as of May 2021, BlackRock is the second-largest stockholder at 7.43% of total shares, just after The Vanguard Group, which owns the largest portion (8.11%).
In addition to The New York Times, Vanguard and BlackRock are also the top two owners of Time Warner, Comcast, Disney and News Corp, four of the six media companies that control more than 90% of the U.S. media landscape.
Needless to say, if you have control of this many news outlets, you can control entire nations by way of carefully orchestrated and organized centralized propaganda disguised as journalism.
If your head is spinning already, you’re not alone. It’s difficult to describe circular and tightly interwoven relationships in a linear fashion. The world of corporate ownership is labyrinthine, where everyone seems to own everyone, to some degree.
BlackRock and Vanguard Own the Food Giants
Financial giants BlackRock and Vanguard are taking over the global food supply and have been buying up the means of production, in an attempt to centralize all food production in the United States and control the food supply.
The world’s largest fertilizer company, CD Industries Holdings, BlackRock and Vanguard are the three largest shareholders, with the latter two being the top shareholders of Union Pacific, the railroad that moves fertilizer and goods across the country.
It may or may not surprise you to know that BlackRock and Vanguard also own the world’s top ten food companies, including Nestle, PepsiCo, General Mills, Kellogg’s, Associated British Foods, Mondelz, Mars, Danone, Unilever, and Coca-Cola.
BlackRock and Vanguard Own Big Pharma
Pfizer’s third quarter 2022 net income and revenue were $8.6 billion and $22.6 billion, respectively. The company’s market cap was $288.13 billion in Dec. 2022.
Vanguard Group Inc. – Ownership stake: 8.79%
BlackRock Inc. – Ownership stake: 7.71%
So when people ask why the media would lie to them, they simply do not understand how the modern world works. The same people own that own the media, own the companies that the media can push stories to benefit them. It actually is very simple.
