There is a repeating cycle of events for every empire in history, we are no different

Spanish philosopher George Santaya said that “those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Yes, it’s a bit dramatic, nonetheless, the writer of these lines made a valid point. We must learn from the past in order to perform tasks more effectively in the future, humans have failed this task many many times and we continue to fail.
