Halderman USED ONLY A PEN TO CHANGE VOTE TOTALS!
This is part of a long-running lawsuit by election integrity activists set as a bench trial. The plaintiffs seek to remove what they say are insecure voting machines in Georgia in favor of secure paper ballots.
In June 2023, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report – the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices. The report confirmed that votes can be altered in the Dominion voting machines. In fact, the report revealed that the Dominion software is vulnerable and can be hacked.
Testimony under oath in court
Dominion Voting Systems has an office in Belgrade, Serbia. This is where they program the voting machines used in the USA. Programming is also done in their Toronto, Canadian office and motherboard programming takes place in China. This is all completely illegal – violating federal FISMA laws for one.
Also, it is unlawful to have critical infrastructure run, controlled, and accessed by foreigners. And our US Congressmen and US Senators do nothing even when it is now proven that 100% of Dominion employees in Serbia and Canada are accessing our voting machines via the Internet while the machines are sitting in election clerks’ offices.
Dominion authenticated all of the data released by Sheriff Leaf – which are internal emails of Dominion Voting. Dominion Voting machines ARE flipping votes, per their own emails. Dominion Voting machines ARE being accessed via the Internet by unauthorized corrupt third parties, including from Serbia.
WHY IS INTERNET CONNECTIVITY A PROBLEM?
It’s obvious that connecting voting machines directly to the Internet through wireless modems or other means increases the vulnerability of those systems to hacking. Though we have frequently been told that voting machines are not connected to the Internet this is not always the case. Many states’ voting machines include wireless modems which transmit their unofficial results over the Internet. Some states allow their vote tabulation computers to be connected to the Internet.
Canada uses Dominion voting machines also

Dominion voting machines have widely criticized as insecure, flawed and easily hacked. Would come in handy if you were wanting to change the outcome of an election. And anyone that knows even a little bit about the Soros family knows that the family business is tampering with entire countries, movements and funding violent protests like BLM. It is all very profitable.
