The short answer is yes they are.

While the media admits Cloud seeding is real they deny chemtrails. Well, they are basically the same animal. They both create man made clouds. Seeding creates rain clouds and chemtrails create clouds. See the difference? Hahahah.

Recently Dubai has had a massive flooding, which may or may not have been made worse by cloud seeding. But the media is absolutely sure it defiantly wasn’t the cloud seedings fault. How would they know for sure? The one thing we all learnt from covid is that the “EXPERTS” are not experts and most often are simply propagandists.
